We ship with GLS to a parcel shop or home delivery. Delivery time is typically 1–3 business days in Denmark. You will receive a tracking number so you can follow your parcel.

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the item. If you wish to return, please send us an email with your order number.
The item must be returned unused, in original packaging and with all tags intact. The customer pays return shipping.

Upon approved return, we will refund the amount to the original payment card within 7 business days.
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or colour, please place a new order and return the original item.
You have a 2-year right to make a complaint. If you experience any faults or defects, please contact us with a photo and your order number, and we will find a solution — whether that is an exchange, repair or refund.
In order to shop at Leimbeau, we collect the following information: name, address, email, phone number and payment details.The purpose is to fulfil your order, provide service and comply with bookkeeping regulations.
We treat your information confidentially and only pass on what is necessary to, for example, the shipping company and payment provider.

We have a size guide on each product. If you are between two sizes, we recommend going up one size for a more relaxed fit.
If we haven't dispatched your order yet, contact us as soon as possible — we'll try to stop it. Once it has been sent, you will need to return it as normal.
Once we have received and approved your returned item, we will refund the amount to your card within 5–7 business days.
